"Portal Service" links on this site simply point to the official government websites for your convenience — we don't process those applications ourselves.
The PVC Card Maker tool lets you upload a document you already legally possess (e.g. your own downloaded e-Aadhaar, RGHS e-card, or e-Shram card) and reformat it onto a plastic-card layout for personal convenience — this reproduces your own already-issued document, it does not create a new or official identity document. You're responsible for only uploading documents you're authorized to use.
